He graduated from Montana Tech in Butte with a bachelor’s degree in business, emphasizing entrepreneurship, while also playing college football. After college, he immersed himself in managing and growing businesses, successfully owning and operating two companies in Missoula over the past decade.

Drawing from his experience in business growth and strategic investments, Josh naturally transitioned into real estate, where he helps clients build wealth through smart property decisions. When he’s not working, Josh, his wife, and their three children are out enjoying Montana’s endless recreational opportunities—boating, fishing, hunting, and exploring. He’s also deeply involved in his community, coaching youth football and basketball, and mentoring the next generation of athletes.
