The Missoula Organization of REALTORS® (MOR) Data Committee is expanding our data collection to better include private landlords in the 2025 Five Valleys Housing Report. This is the 20th year of the report and, in that time, it has become a trusted, credible source for data and information about housing trends in our community. Most housing reports ignore single-family rentals, leaving a major gap in market insights. We’re working to change that—and we need your help! By sharing your rental and vacancy data, you’ll be contributing to the only report in Missoula that provides a full picture of the rental market, including private landlords, property managers, and larger multifamily operators.
